Private Training

Our skilled and knowledgeable instructors will work closely with you to determine your unique goals and guide you though your individualized training plan. These sessions can include Pilates mat and/or equipment work. Whether you are new to Pilates, recovering from an injury, pre or post natal, or just looking for a more personalized workout, private training sessions are a perfect way to challenge your body and advance your practice.
