Pilates Equipment
Utilize Pilates equipment (Reformer, Tower, Chair or Jumpboard) to challenge muscles, improve form, strengthen and lengthen the body from head to toe. Our small class sizes (3 person max.) provides you the opportunity to receive individualized feedback and instruction while also enjoying the camaraderie of a group class. Note: Those new to equipment must complete a 1:1 session prior to attending group class
Advanced Pilates Equipment
An advance version of our regular Pilates equipment classes taught at a challenging pace with quicker transitions and including exercises from the advanced Pilates repertoire. The class is for experienced equipment practitioners. Note: several full weight bearing and balance exercises are involved. For safety reasons, please discuss with an instructor prior to registering.
Equipment Circuit
A fun and energetic workout utilizing the entire studio. You will rotate between intervals of Pilates equipment (Reformer, Tower, Chair or Jumpboard) with some challenging mat work mixed in. This class is perfect for seasoned equipment practitioners looking to spice things up. Note: Due to the nature and pace of this class, prior Pilates equipment experience is required.
