Pilates Equipment

Utilize Pilates equipment (Reformer, Tower, Chair or Jumpboard) to challenge muscles, improve form, build strength, and increase flexability. Our small class sizes (4 person max.) provides you the opportunity to receive individualized feedback and instruction while also enjoying the camaraderie of a group class. Note: This class is appropriate for all levels of experience.

PLEASE NOTE: Those new to Pilates equipment must complete a 1:1 session prior to registering for a group class. This helps to ensure that you feel safe and comfortable navigating Pilates equipment in a group class setting. This also allows our instructor team to work with you to determine if there any modifications you need to make due current/prior injuries, pregnancy, etc.

Advanced Pilates Equipment

An advanced version of our mixed-level Pilates equipment classes taught at a challenging pace with quicker transitions and including exercises from the advanced Pilates repertoire. This class requires participant’s have significant Reformer (& other Pilates Equipment) experience and are free from any current injury, or prior injury that would cause significant movement restrictions or limitations.

PLEASE NOTE:

This class is not appropriate for clients that are new to working on Pilates Equipment, or clients with current injuries or significant movement restrictions. Advanced Equipment requires consultation with the instructor prior to registering; we will help you determine if this class is appropriate for your level of experience.
