Strengthen & Sculpt - A challenging and upbeat fusion style class combining contemporary Pilates Mat exercises, yoga-inspired movements, and traditional strength training exercises to strengthen, sculpt, and tone the entire body. As with all Move. classes, proper technique, form, and alignment will be emphasized in each class. This class is appropriate for all (injury free) levels.
Advanced Strength & Metabolic Conditioning
Advanced - Strength & Metabolic Conditioning — This class fuses advanced Pilates, advanced strength training, and advanced high intensity exercises to build strength and endurance as well as tone muscle. **Please note this class is very high intensity & not recommended for beginners or anyone with current injuries or health concerns that would require significant modifications.
