Pilates Mat Classes provide a strong foundation for your Pilates practice. Using a mat and various props, the Pilates principles will be emphasized to help you strengthen your core, increase your flexibility, and improve your posture and alignment. These mixed-level classes are appropriate for all levels and provide plenty of variety and challenge for the beginner to the more advanced practitioner. Sunrise Yoga Flow
Mix up your morning routine with this relaxing and energizing yoga flow class. Experience flowing stretches mixed with balance poses to strengthen your mind and body to prepare you to take on the rest of your day!
FUSION
Strengthen & Sculpt - A challenging and upbeat fusion style class combining contemporary Pilates Mat exercises, yoga-inspired movements, and traditional strength training exercises to strengthen, sculpt, and tone the entire body. As with all Move. classes, proper technique, form, and alignment will be emphasized in each class.
Advanced - Strength & Metabolic Conditioning — This class fuses advanced Pilates, advanced strength training, and advanced high intensity exercises to build strength and endurance as well as tone muscle. **Please note this class is very high intensity & not recommended for beginners or anyone with current injuries or health concerns that would require significant modifications.
