FUSION - Strengthen & Sculpt
Equal parts strength, stretch, and sweat. This challenging class blends the precision of Pilates, the power of traditional strength training, and the flow of yoga. Expect good vibes and an emphasis on proper technique and alignment. You’ll build strength, improve mobility, challenge your balance, and leave feeling stronger, taller, and with a little more glow than when you walked in.
This class is low impact and high reward *Note: This class is appropriate for all (injury free) levels.
ADVANCED FUSION -Strengthen & Sculpt
An advanced version of our signature Strengthen & Sculpt class. This class is designed for experienced move.rs. Expect heavier weights, longer holds, seamless transitions, and all of the spice you’ve learned to love from our signature fusion classes. This class moves at a quicker pace and assumes a solid Pilates foundation. We’ll challenge your muscles from from every angle while keeping the focus on intentional movement and proper form. You’ll sweat, shake, (possibly swear a little) and discover just how much you’re capable of. *Please note this class is very high intensity & not recommended for beginners or anyone with current injuries or health concerns that would require significant modifications.
