Pilates Sculpt and Strengthen
This challenging and upbeat fusion style class will combine contemporary Pilates Mat exercises, Yoga-inspired movements, and traditional strengthening exercises to strengthen, sculpt, and tone the entire body. As with all Move. classes, proper technique, form, and alignment will be emphasized in each class. Note: Note: Due to the nature of this class, healthy and injury-free back/knees/ankles/feet and an overall good bill of health strongly recommended. .
Yoga - Power
A 60 minute flow where each movement is intentional and empowering. This practice will ignite your inner strength and work to improve your balance, flexibility and focus on breath.
Yoga - Warm
A medium, paced flow in a warmer studio environment . The warmth of the studio will challenge you to focus on balance, strength, and breathe work.
Barre Fusion
A high intensity fusion class rooted in Pilates, yoga, and barre technique. This class combines cardio intervals with weights, and various other props to help build strength and endurance. Note: Due to the nature of this class, healthy and injury-free back/knees/ankles/feet and an overall good bill of health strongly recommended.
