Owner - Pilates, Barre Fusion, and SUP Instructor

Georgia began her Pilates journey in 2008. As a student, she quickly began to see the benefits of a consistent Pilates practice to increase strength, flexibility and combat the muscle imbalances caused by her scoliosis. After developing a true enthusiasm for all of the benefits of the method Georgia went on to complete Pilates and Barre instructor training though Balanced Body. Georgia continues to further her knowledge and understanding of the anatomy of movement, and enjoys working with clients of all fitness levels as well as clients who are rehabilitating from various injuries.

Georgia is inspired by a variety of fitness and styles of movement. This allows her to bring a unique approach to her classes and individual sessions. Her classes are creative, fun, and challenging (with a dash of humor sprinkled in - she really likes it when you laugh at her jokes (even if it’s a courtesy laugh)! She thrives on challenging you and guiding you to realize how strong and capable you. She is also notorious for “accidently” throwing in a few bonus reps.
